Reporting directly into the Regional HQ in Singapore, this is not a "maintain the status quo" administrative role. This is a true Business Partnering position where you will act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing multiple sites across the country. The Mission You will be the HR heartbeat for the Australian operations. Based out of Moorebank (with a healthy hybrid mix), you will align global HR strategy with local business objectives. You aren't just filling seats; you are driving the culture in a high-performance manufacturing environment. The "Must-Haves" (The Nitty Gritty) We are looking for a heavy-hitter. Ideally, you bring around 12 years of experience , specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments. Industrial & Employee Relations Expert: This is the non-negotiable. You must have deep, battle-tested experience in IR and ER. You know how to navigate complex labor laws, manage union relationships, and handle conflict resolution with fairness and firmness. Multi-Site Management: You are comfortable supporting a workforce spread across different locations, ensuring a unified culture and consistent policy application. Strategic & Operational Blend: You can sit in a boardroom with Executive Leaders to discuss workforce planning, then put on your high-vis and walk the floor to handle a grievance or safety walk. What You Will Do: Lead the Region: Act as the primary HR contact for Australia, feeding into the wider APAC strategy. Talent Architecture: Identify high-potential talent and build robust succession plans. Cultural Guardian: Foster an inclusive, barrier-free community where diversity is valued. Compensation & Compliance: Oversee local implementation of global comp/ben programs and ensure absolute compliance with Australian regulations.
